This cache was placed as part of the GAG7 event of October 15th and 16th 2005.
Sometimes, people look at clouds, and they see shapes that remind them of other things, like mountains, bunnies, etc. The same can be said of trees. Nature can have them take on all kinds of shapes and likenesses. At one time you could see an owl in this tree, but time has taken it's toll and the owl is now gone, and yet the cache remains. The cache is a rectangular 800ml lock'n lock container filled with the usual goodies. If you follow the Rideau Trail 24 markers from next to the overpass on Robertson Road, the trail will take you to within an easy 50 meters of the cache.
