Stanley Park. One of Calgary's beautiful, most well used parks. Even has one of the few remaining outdoor swimming pools. Tennis courts, ball diamond, lawn bowling, kids park, wading in the Elbow River.
(NOTE: Co-ords & cache changed from N 51° 00.972 W 114° 04.260 Dec 27-05) I can't believe that no cache has been placed here. The ammo box cache placement allows some privacy, but far from the most scenic place in the park. Take time to "smell the roses" and take a 1/2 hour tour of the park area. Good for the spirit.
The theme is tools. The cache is full of them. Try to keep to the theme by taking a tool, leaving a tool. PLEASE remember courtesy rules of trading, always leave something of more value than you took. See image.
