Located in the Park and Ride on Clopper Road(MD 117) in MoCo. You can also get to it via exit 10 on 270N. The area is easy to get around, well mowed and flat land. Regardless of what your GPSr says, there is absolutely no reason for you to risk getting hit by a car to try and cross the road outside of the parking lot.
The cache is a semi-clear container that resembles a film canister, but is a little bit larger. There is room for very very little beyond the log book.. you MIGHT be able to fit a coin in there.. or a fuse.. if your so inclined.
You will need to bring your own pen/pencil since there isn't one in the cache. Remember to place the cache back right where you found it, and please put it back upside down, so that is water somehow gets into the container, it can run out.
