I put one at the beginning so it only seemed appropriate to put one at the end..number 12.
However, this was more for novelty sake rather than the location itself. Not that there is anything wrong with the location - you could probably have a nice picnic there - it's just that you will surely encounter more muggles here than the rest of the series. In all likelihood, you will probably encounter NO muggles (maybe an EID worker) for the entire rest of the series. Now that's pretty cool.
