“INDIANA SPIRIT QUEST”

The Indiana Spirit Quest series of geocaches will take you to a number of historic cemeteries built by Hoosier Pioneers. In just a year and a half, the quest has grown to over three hundred caches hidden in twenty-seven Indiana counties, and two Ohio counties, and the hiders have grown to twelve cacher teams, most of which of which are comprised of Dogs and their Humans. Over 600 cacher teams have logged over 7,000 finds.


INDIANA SPIRIT QUEST #351

"South Park/Greenlawn Cemetery"

South Park/Greenlawn Cemetery is located in Martinsville, Indiana within Washington Township of Morgan County. These two cemeteries have merged over the years to become one of the larger cemeteries in Martinville.

This grave marks Spanish American War veteran - James Showalter.

The cache container is 35 mm film canister containing only a log book. BYOP. If you find a fallen US flag, please stick it back in the ground. As always, please be respectful, and cache in, trash out.
