WRRV Traditional Cache
2Dee2Dee: I'm archiving ALL of 2Dee2Dee's geocaches. It's been a wild ride, now up to someone else to use my locations if you wish. I am no longer able to service nor maintain any cache.

This small container with room for a few small things is located near the scenic Walker River and the historic townsite of Hudson at the begining of the Hudson-Aurora road. Relatively easy family cache to acquaint you with this scenic area. DON'T LEAVE COINS OR BUGS HERE ANYMORE. They tend to go missing??
The Walker River supports myraid wildlife and wildfowl as it meanders through the Smith Valley. Typically you may observe Turkeys, Quail, Owls, Hawks, Eagles, Herron, Grouse, small migratory birds, Mule Deer, Prong Horn Antelope, Wild Horses, Wild Burro, Bears, Coyotes, Cottontail and Jack Rabbits, Lizzards, a few snakes and lots of insects. The nearby encampment is my home away from home for a couple of weeks a year during semi-annual dirt bike outings and events with a group of friends. You may contact me if you would like some tips on offroad exploration of this area. FTF on 10/22/05 belongs to rrinnv
