Geocache Description:

Castell Y Gaer is the site of a small prehistoric iron age hill fort dating from the first millenium BC. This hill fort combined stone and earth defences and was built on a high spur overlooking the sea.

The cache is located close to the hill fort and may be reached from the narrow tarmac lane which begins next to the church in Llwyngwril and may be followed over to the neighbouring village of Rhoslefain.
The views from the adjacent hill fort are magical to say the least - ENJOY
