Akamas Stanley's Last Cache At The End Of The Universe (or better known as The Fifth Cache in a Trilogy of Four).
To find this you must already have visited all four parts of The Quest For Akamas Stanley and got the values for A,B,C & D from those caches.
The coordinates given above are false. You must follow the instructons below to get the correct coordinates.
To find this cache you must have the values of A, B, C and D.
So to calculate the exact coordinates use the following formula.
N35 (A+C).407
E32 (A+B+D).001
The cache site is a short distance (a few hundred meters?) from a man made structure, uninspiring in itself but of some maritime importance, which is well worth a visit to enjoy the views. From the cache itself you can see the sea at both sides of the Akamas peninsula.
The cache itself is a grey plastic pipe sealed at both ends. You will have to walk along some goat tracks and clamber over some rocks to find it.
A 4WD vehicle is essential as are good walking shoes.
To those who don't know the Akamas it is the last area of natural wilderness left in Cyprus and can be both remote and challenging in places. Be sure that your vehicle is in good condition, check the spare, and make sure you have water and a mobile phone with you. There's a lot of off-road and dirt track driving involved.
