When you get to this cache you will have the best available view of the local town and countryside.
Make sure you heed the warnings below.
Warning: This cache requires a good level of fitness. The usual slip slop slap applies. do not attempt when hot or go early in the morning. This will take at least an hour to get there and slighly less to get back. Plenty of water and insect repellant depending of time of year.
You will need a pen and paper to work the coordinates
1: Start at the rotunda at posted coordinates where you will need to find the following information from signs and plaques:
This great man was born in ACCG, died in ABHA
In ABAE he was sent to the northern Territory
D=A+E, F=C-E
2: Goto South ED deg (A+D)A.CFH
East ADD deg (A+D)B.AGE
Follow the track which heads south. It can be slippery in places so be careful.
3: When you get to:
South ED deg (A+D)E.FDG
East ADD deg (A+D)C.(A+D)B(F+A)
you will need to turn east, easy walking from here
4: Goto South ED deg (A+D)E.HFG
East ADD deg (A+D)C.(A+F)GA
Here you will get great views, good spot for photos.
5: This was replaced in ABJG
The cache is located J metres at AEH deg T.
Good hunting. The return walk is easier but harder on the knees, watch the slippery bits.
