16th July 2008-cache is still there. If you do find please ensure you place back in the same place and hide well.
Well here we go! The fifth Cache from the alec_zak camp!
The Cache is hidden near the village of Barby Nr Rugby. Quiet little village with one pub & one shop!
Within the village is the remains of an old Norman Motte & Baily, unfortunately this is on private land so no access is allowed.
Barby is also famous for the Maclaren Pushchairs. So all you parents out there may remember the original blue/white or red/white stripped pushchairs which folded up! These were invented & originally manufactured in Barby. I believe they are now manufactured in Long Buckby.
As you draw closer to the cache please use the footpath & track to access the site.
I suggest you wear wellies can be muddy & very wet in the long grass.
Within the Cache.
Within the Cache is selection of items stolen from the kids & the wife!
Welcome letter explaining the theory behind Geocaching.
Notebook & pencil so please leave the time/date & any comments.
Good luck.
