Langebaan Lagoon Area, Pathed walk.
The Cache is located in the West Coast National Park with a good view of the lagoon and surrounding park. From the lookout point, on a clear day Table Mountain can be seen to the South, Churchhaven to the West and Donkergat (Special Forces Training Base to the North. Recently the fence between Postberg and the park was removed to allow the animals from the postberg reserve to roam freely in the whole of the West Coast National Park. An entrance fee to the park is asked at the gate but WildCard holders can obtain free entrance.
The best time to view the wild flowers on the West Coast is from August till mid September. The park also has a resturant located at Geelbek but bookings are esential.
