Corporate Landing Middle School has started a geocaching club. We would like to invite you to our school to meet other cachers, share some stories and clean up the school grounds. Saturday November 12,2005 9 AM-2 PM
We've been practicing caching and have found that our school has a lot of trash that needs to be picked up. We'd like your help in making our school grounds cleaner. This will be our primary goal for the day.
In addition to picking up some trash we'd like your help with evaluating cache placements. Each student in the club will be making and hiding a cache on school grounds for this event. They would like other cachers to find them and give feedback on how they did and any suggestions for improvement. These will not be submited to geocache as they are a learning tool for the club. Please bring trade items if you wish, some will be micros and some will hold trade items.
We'd like to share a pot luck lunch in the cafeteria. Please bring a dish to share. Water will be provided.
We'll be having an optional Chinese Auction. If you would like to participate in the auction please bring a wrapped gift ($5 limit) Winter caching and supplies will be the theme. Stealing is always encouraged.
