I rated the terrain as a 1.22 because you have to find parking and walk 60+' and it is not completely flat but almost so that adds .11. It is weedy and not like a nice cushy green lawn so that is another .10-and if you are like Schweitzer Guy who caches in sandles year around with no socks we must account for the dirt on the soles of your feet so another .07. That adds up to 1.5
The general difficulty I had to rate as a 1.5 because when you have a big belly like mine that gets in the way when I bend over it makes it at least a l.25 and you do have a rock to lift but it can be done one handed so that adds another .25 difficulty. If you are a wimp and have to use two hands to lift the rock, it must be a rated a two. If you do not have a big belly feel free to deduct a .25. If you have to get down own your knees-there is no added factor-but if you are over 60 add another 1.0 for getting up off your knees.
I hope I have rated this fairly as I always wonder how some of you rate your caches the way you do.
Oh, If you bring you kids along they will do all the work and it should be rated 0.00 terrain and 0.00 difficulty.
