Another shoe tree cache for Niagara. I originally thought this was quite a unique idea, until I found the same cache idea about five miles away. Decided that a similiar cache, was better than no cache at all.
A shoe tree, along the side of Pettit Rd., in the downtown Winger. I use the term downtown loosely, as there is nothing around except a corner store, and public school.
This is actually in my parents front yard-mom always thought a shoe tree was cool and started her own many years ago. Many passersby stop to look at the tree anyways, so I decided a cache here was fitting.
Be sure to bring your old shoes with you, and add to the tree. We have hung a hammer and nail out to make it easy. Anywhere is fine, and any size shoes are welcome!
Be sure to say hi to Mom and Dad if they are out-they know it's hidden, and that they will have many visitors to the shoe tree soon.
