Located along M-185 on Mackinac Island which follows the shore line
for 8.2 miles and is generally flat with a few small hills. I
highly recommend picking up a "Island Locator Map" from the
information booth across the street from the Arnold docks or N45
50.986 W 84 37.069. We've put together what we hope is a kid and
family friendly cache.
We have set up several caches that you can find by walking, riding
a bike or using horses. All of these caches are located along the
8.2 mile long road that follows Mackinac Island's shore, M-185.
It's a bit of a trip so we are making it worth your time by placing
a series of caches for you to find. They are setup to walk counter
clockwise around the island or when you walk off the boat docks
turn right.
You will need to find three mirco stages in order to find the ammo
can we have hidden. And as an added bonus I've placed a FTF prize
of one of our personal geocoins.
The first stage seems to be in to high of a muggle area. I plan to
move it a bit but that would happen till fall. In the mean time
I've uploaded a photo that show the location of the first stage.
