Geocache Description:

The co-ordinates given will put you in a car park, perhaps not the best starting point, but it is one of many, where you go from there depends on where you think the cache is.

First, a warning: There are old quarries in the vicinity of this cache and some of the terrain is quite steep. I do not recommend attempting this after dark. This cache relies on four others:
  • Bases Loaded
  • Tanked
  • Nyaania Creek Ramble
  • Quo receptaculum?
Its quite simple, find the location of those four caches, draw lines between them and go to where the lines intersect. X marks the spot. The caches is a spraypainted plastic container, partially concealled under a grass tree. Inside you'll find the normal cache goodies and yet another view over the city to admire while you recover from the hike there. The last few metres of searching will be off the beaten track, you might want to wear long pants and the flies are maddening there too.
Edit: June 2026 - The cache was completely destroyed in a fire early in 2026. I have replaced the cache, positioned between two grass trees, its a length of camouflaged painted PVC pipe about 40cm long. Very obvious at the moment, but will hopefully not be too hard to find once everything grows back.
