Geocache Description:

A one mile out and back along the Smoky Hill River

On my way to Milford, I found a deserted road which looked perfect for a short run. Perhaps you'll join me? I start near the first stage co-ordinates and follow the road for about a mile to the second stage and then return. It would take about 15 minutes, except the view at the turnaround is so good I had to stop (plus I was out of breath from going up the hill) and I stopped again on the return to search for a Badd Companie Brick.

Whatever way you go up the road, take it slow, because you don't want to miss anything. First stage is a Badd Companie 2 by 4 with the co-ordinates magic markered onto it (also on a concrete scrap close by). Second stage is an ammo box about a mile up the road with a good view of the river. You can also hear the river from there. There is very little traffic on the road. I met one vehicle while running the out and back. There is probably access to the river here, but I kept the cache well out of the flood zone. The second stage is easy and you might even find it without the co-ordinates.
