This is a Webcam cache. It will require a bit more planning, and assistance from a friend. What you will need:
· Your GPS.
· A friend at a computer with an Internet connection.
· A mobile phone or prearranged time when you will be at the site.
To qualify for a find, head over to the coordinates with a cell phone, and have a friend standing by a computer with the RHODEways Traffic Management Control website open. They must select the "136-Griswold Street" camera in Bristol to call up the cam. (Or try clicking HERE) When you show up on the updated image, have your friend RIGHT CLICK the image and SAVE IMAGE AS… When you log, you must include the captured image of you to get credit for the find.
You may want to visit the website prior to heading out so you have an idea of where you need to situate yourself, and to make sure the webcam is operational.
· Found it! must have an uploaded picture with the geocacher facing the camera.
You MUST be IN the picture to log this cache!! · Found it! log entries without the pictures will be Deleted.
May 2015: The RIDOT has changed their website yet again. While now you can view it on a smartphone, the camera is no longer a live view. It seems to update randomly. Sometimes every minute but at other times it will go hours between updates.
