Geocache Description:

I have driven back and forth on the Root River Parkway hundreds if not thousands of times and I’m always in awe of the deer population in the park. In the fall I have seen them gather in groups of 10 to 15 and not seem to be bothered by our presence. Many times people will stop their cars and watch them graze.

Have you wondered where they hide? Well maybe you’ll find some of their hiding places as you search for this cache. When I placed this cache, I came face to face with a 10-point buck that was just as startled as I was.
