The cache is again availabe to access, hiway constuction is completed.
This puts you at the start of the tunnel thar runs about 100 metres before it opens up with an option of left and right. Take the righthand side to the surface. Easy walk @ sealevel. The council have provided public setting near the cache so you can rest your weery bones and enjoy the view.
