There are many types of spiders living in Southern California. One of the larger species is the California Brown Tarantula. There are many other smaller spiders that also live here in Southern California. Some of them sport some serious color.
You can find parking at the west end of Gisler Avenue. You'll be looking for a camoed 8" x 5" x 2" tin. There is no need to climb any fences, just take the high road and you'll find a path to the low road.
