Geocache Description:


I decided that this was just too nice a place to go without a cache for long and it seems that lately every time I think of a place that I want to put a cache someone beats me to it. I was here on a overcast & drizzly afternoon when the fog horn was going. As I was standing near the cache site I saw a seal out in the bay salmon fishing about the time I remembered that my camera had a video mode the seal took off and I didn’t spot it again. Bring the kids and explore the park there are several information plaques that tell about some of the history here. After finding out that the cache had been vandalized I stopped by and replaced the container with a new camo-taped Lock-n-Lock. I also moved it about 25 feet west of the old location.

****WARNING**** I've been told there is POISON OAK at this park. ****WARNING****
I don't know what Poison Oak looks like so I have no idea whether it is near the cache or not so be warned and search at your own risk.
