Begin at the listed coordinates, in the dark, with a flashlight.
Shine your flashlight around until you see a reflector on a tree.
Walk to that tree, then shine your flashlight around to find
another. Continue in a logical progression until you find the final
cache location.
Tip: It really does work better if you hold the flashlight right
up against the side of your head.
Cache is a small container containing a log sheet and a few
trinkets. Please rehide the same way you found it.
Update 8/7/2006:
I have tentatively decided that, once the lamp posts are in place
and operating, I'm going to pull this cache. If you want to find
it, get on it! If you get out there and there are lamp posts
lighting everything up and you can't find any reflectors, you know
what happened.
