You can drive most of the way up the hill, but when you come to a T in the road you want to take a right. When you come to the road block you can go either way, because it loops around. For more scenery, walk the whole loop (it's about the same distance both ways. There are a lot of trees on the way up, but when you get to the location it will clear up for a better signal. The coordinates aren't the best, but they will get you to the general area.
It's a small round metal container. It contains a log book and a pencil (please do not remove). It is big enough to exchange small treasures. You won't get many mugglers, maybe a jogger once in a great while. After finding the cache on a clear day you can view Mt. Rainier at a small clearing between the two towers.
