The trail will start out on a snowmobile trail but will finish on a game trail along the creek so bushwacking may be required. Be EXTRA careful when the tail is open to snowmobiles and yield if needed.
There is one place to cross Chaffee Creek on the main trail.
This is the first cache hidden by some good friends and their toddlers so you can get to it with a toddler but a backpack carrier is recommended on the game trail.
It is a camo 1 quart thermos that originally contaied a log book, pencil, first aid kit, pin on compass, carbiner light clip, fishing jigs, fishing bobbers.
