Short woodland walk offering views of Monkswood Reservoir (north of Bath). Not suitable for pushchairs as can be muddy. Should take around 35 mins to complete car door to car door.
I have found it difficult to obtain information about this reservoir but I have been told that it provides water for the whole of Bath. If anyone has any more info perhaps they will let me know so I can update the page. Anyway, parking for 1 or 2 cars is available at St Catherines at N51 26.311 W002 20.821 and this gives you about a 0.2m walk to the cache. It is possible to access from the main road out of Bath but this is a much longer walk and I personally have not tried it.
