Uncle Sponge put this cache out on the way home from work while he was searching for a good spot to hide the cache he split the ass out of his pants exposing his butt to the greater public. So he hid the cache in the most convenient spot and away home to change his daks.
Quite an open area, with lots of muggles near by, this is the first time he used his new GPS (Which he got for his birthday) so the co-ords should be spot on (I hope). When hiding this cache make sure you put it back securily so muggles can't find the cache.
