NOTE: There is no need to move any
large rocks in the pursuit of this cache. There are Slow Worms
nesting underneath them which are a protected species.
The entrance to the Quarry is at the end of South Road.
Opening hours for the Quarry are 10.30-4.30 on Wednesdays through
to Sundays. Due to the nature of the location you may find that
your GPSr looses signal occasionally or the accuracy is not too
good, so make sure you go armed with the clue. Anyone with better
co-ordinates is welcome to email me. Also at the Quarry are the
Q-Gallery and cafe- these are in the main building along with some
artist's studios. The other building opposite the entrance is also
a studio whilst the stone sorting building is now a Blacksmith's.
Parking is available inside the Quarry. Cache is a clear sandwich
box with a white lid and is reasonably well hidden.
