After a long delay where I was out of town it is time to release the next in this series.
Note: you will need information from GCKY96 to complete this cache. Also be aware that the information for GCKY96 has changed so the old data is now invalid.
This is probably the preferred option for leaving town with over a million people using the area every year.
The first location is a memorial stone to commemorate their arrival in Australia.
The start point for this cache is not in the right place. I will endeavour to update the coordinates.
Near the published coordinates there is a memorial to a epic journey. find the date of the first arrival in Darwin

Whilst this cache is quite isolated from the nearby bustle it is probably best not to visit during peak times (midday and midnight).
