Yes Shotgun Creek has trails... This loop series will help you get to know them.
Take the meadow loop trail, near the car bridge that crosses Shotgun Creek. Head downstream along the creek untill you see the trail that heads up hill and was built in the 70's. (it says so on the sign)Head up this trail and the cache will be on the left. This is some fine forest and the trail is pretty well maintained. feel free to continue on to The muffin Man Visits Rick The Raccoon" and the "Where The Fugawe Cache Sits" caches. It makes for a nice loop. Enjoy!!
