You can get to this location by a road that comes off of Washington St. A spur will take you to the top of the flood levee and the other road leads you to the bottom of the levee. Driving on the levee is prohibited so some walking is required. You will be required to walk on rip rap(large limestones)so be careful.
This cache box is a plastic container that includes a log book and trading goods. While you are looking for the container check out the fossils that are embedded in the old limestone rip rap. This location is a junction for the future Marion walk and biking trail. Enjoy the wildlife that is normally present.
