On the way up to Streets Gap. Get it on the way up, or the way
down. Cache right beside road. Road is steep and slick at times
ESPECIALLY after a rain or sleet storm. 4x4 recommended.
You can however walk up, 0.55 mi (line of sight) from the end of
paved road at Right Higgins or Upper Higgins Crk End of paved road:

picked this spot, due to the fact I had to come this far up the Mtn
(3990ft) to get any Cell Phone service. Its also a very large tree
growing around some large rocks. Evidence of a wire cable tied
around the tree, looks the the tree didn't budge, but the wire rope
/ cable broke. Tough Tree. Should be around for another 100yrs or
better. FTF and STF rewards included.
Small cache. M&M Tube. Log is two sheeks of notebook paper
inside 2x2 baggie.
Hide back where you found it.
Cache within a few feet of the FS Road.
You may need to use the cable to pull yourself up to retrieve the
cache.
