Geocache Description:

Deposits and withdrawals accepted during daylight hours. We also offer low interest loans, provided you use your GPSr and cachemobile as collateral.

The cache is not at the posted coordinates, but that location may provide account information. Before you proceed any further, you will need an account number.

To get your account number you will need to travel. Many of you have been on trips, but they were not like this one! Start your journey in NEW YORK city, the Big Apple, the city that never sleeps. While you are there, eat a hot dog, see a show, take the A train. When you are done there make your way to LGA, JFK, EWR, or, if you have the time, rent a car. Whichever way you travel, make your way to DALLAS. The motto there is “Live large, think big.” Enjoy your stay. Buy some boots and a cowboy hat to blend in. Of course, your trip has only just begun. Next you’ll need to make your way to CHICAGO, the Second City. It doesn’t matter if you drove in on the Stevenson Highway or landed at ORD or MDW; either way, you should cruise the Magnificent Mile. Stick your toes in Lake Michigan; brrrrrr, no surfing there.

Time to move on! Plan on seeing the Golden Gate Bridge in SAN FRANCISCO. Are you hungry from the traveling? Eat Dim Sum in Chinatown, ride the cable cars and take the ferry to Alcatraz. If the fog is getting you down, it could be time to head into Dixie. Make your way back across the continent to ATLANTA. Have your fill of soul food, get lost on a street named Peachtree, and know that around there dog is spelled D-A-W-G.

Relax and take a breather; you are at the half-way point. All refreshed? Great! Get a move on to BOSTON, Beantown, home of the no longer cursed Red Sox. For transportation there we recommend the T. Go to Faneuil Hall, follow the Freedom Trail, but be careful of all the “cahhs pahhked in Hahhvahhd Yahhd.” Next you’ll want to head to RICHMOND. You can take Amtrak if you like. There you can tour a James River plantation and the Edgar Allan Poe Museum. (Of course, Poe’s house is in Baltimore, but that city is not on your itinerary … Nevermore.) If, after the beating of the Tell-tale Heart you are not too scared to continue, make another visit to CHICAGO. I told you it was the Second City; that’s why you have to go there twice! Plus, it’s not that far from your next destination. As long as you're back there, head into Hyde Park, where Frank Lloyd Wright created some marvelous architectural masterpieces. Next, put on your dancing shoes and go visit the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in CLEVELAND. It is definitely worth the trip, at least once in a lifetime. You don’t have to stay long, so then be off to PHILADELPHIA, city of Brotherly Love, home of the Liberty Bell and Independence Hall. History is all around you there. Only a couple more stops before you come home! Many trips have some backtracking, so now you will have a layover back in RICHMOND. Don’t worry though, your final stop is KANSAS CITY. This metropolis in the heartland is home to Hallmark Cards headquarters (you’ve bought a few of those haven’t you?). Hope you enjoyed your trip!

Before you can use your account, you have a small amount of accounting to do:

You need to subtract 5 cents from the latitude and add one dollar to the longitude, as in:

N xx xx.xxx minus 00 00.050 and

W xxx xx. xxx plus 000 01.000

Now you have everything you need to access your account! Please remember to sign and date all checks and deposit slips.
