The cache is hidden in the Ortega area of the westside. As I was driving through the neighborhood I saw a sign that I havent seen before so I stopped and read it. After reading the sign I thought this place deserved a cache. And I just happened to have one. It appears the area is used by fishermen. At the time of placement there was no muggles around.
