Parking available at Snake Hill play area or at the red dot trailhead a short distance away going NW towards Picatinny. Moderate terrain with an uphill climb to gz.
You can either follow the red dot trail with several stream crossings and veering off with a bushwhack or befor the red dot trail stream crossings stay with a straight bushwhack staying right of a small boulder field. There is a Vertical obstacle at gz no need to go to top. 3in mouth container with log and trade items. Cache was placed during a high winds, hence the title of a folklore haunting tale. Treequest
