E.T.'s Call Mystery Cache

The cache is NOT at the listing coordinates (try an airplane for that) but it is nearby. FREE parking is available at both stages of this two-part multi.
Contrary to the popular movie account, E.T. really departed from a spot close to BWI airport. He was heading back to California, after attending a UFO convention in Baltimore, when he “phoned home.” Fortunately for E.T., in addition to a cell phone capable of reaching Outer Space (without roaming, nice), he also carried a handheld GPSr.
As E.T. was about to make the call, he realized that Government Agents might intercept it. If they did, they would overhear him give his location coordinates (from his trusty GPSr) and perhaps capture him before the rescue spaceship arrived. Not good. Thinking quickly (most extraterrestrials are bright), E.T. thought of a way to obscure the critical information.
When he spoke, E.T. appeared to be nervous, for his eyes shifted to and fro. This is what he said.
“...six...E...X...one...one...point...E...K...B,
...nine...R...N...H...zero...point...N...B...R”
First find the spot where E.T. made the call and look for some additional information. Then head STRAIGHT ACROSS to where the cache is hidden. Be alert, for the roads are confusing. BYOP and enjoy!
