This multi-adventure takes place at a well known location in Mechanicsburg, PA. Anyone who has been in this area for at least 10 years knows where Wonderful Wanda's is/was. It now has a different name. The cache is hidden in a little known area at this location. I am using a difficulty of 2.5 for this one, due to the type of container used.
You should only need to do some minimal bushwhacking very near the final location.

The final search area may have muggles eyeing you up; just look like you belong there. Once you see the area of the final, you'll know how to act.
The coords were averaged for at least 10 minutes, to within 13' accuracy.
It is IMPERATIVE that you put the container back better than found.
The initial waypoint will take you to an ample parking lot and some signage. Use the information and the following to come up with the final location:
