Caveman's Liver Traditional Cache

This cache has been archived.

Ballooner: I adopted this cache from someone who moved out of the area and it had been placed on his private land. However, the area has become a dump site and is not a very pleasant place to visit. Hopefully, the powers that be who control the area will someday clean it up and we again can enjoy the area. Until then, I am going to archive this cache. Thanks for visiting.

Geocache Description:

This cache is a square, white plastic container located a short way from a small, soft dirt road in the middle of nowhere. The difficulty rating is higher only because it may be difficult to find the correct road! Beware of driving this road after a rainstorm.

The cache was placed by Caveman, from Texas who owns the land. It is named in his honor, and is dedicated to his liver.

ManzanoWolfe, AlbuquerqueBill, and suz55tbird originally found it, and it was decided that Suz lived closest to the cache and so should maintain it. However, she later decided to transfer the cache to me because I am more familiar with the area.

There are spectacular views of the Manzano Mountains from this area. If you had been lucky enough to have inquired into buying this land in the 1960's, you too could have paid a mere $1000 per acre!
