This is a short stroll at the new Lake Goodwin Park. Difficulty Level depends on the level of muggle activity going on.
This park is, simply put, .... absolutely outstanding! It has a little bit of everything, picnic tables, well constructed trails, BBQ pits, gazebos, a LONG pier, facilities, fountains to rinse off sandy feet, a plethora of fun kids playground equipment and oh yes, lets not forget, too many caches.
The family and I have been watching this park progress for the last few months. In anticipation, we planted a cache just where we thought one should be. As opening date closed in ... so did the cachers. At last count, 5 were in the works for this park. Since I had staked my claim, smack in the middle ... I left no room for anyone else ... hence the name: Move on over! So, once I moved a bit, we were able to squeeze in the extremly deserving (GCVT5F) Don't get your feet wet! So make sure to hit both caches while you are here and enjoy the amenities.
