An interesting location with some unusual history. The story of what happened to Billy is on the first page of the log or read the 1937 Newspaper article below. http://trove.nla.gov.au/ndp/del/article/55842023

From this point, take the number of letters in the longest line as the number of large paces to the next point on a heading of 258 degrees. The date of death is ABCD. The next location is on a heading of 94 degrees for CD paces. Sat lock here if very "iffy" so be a little literal with the headings.
