THANKS TO VEGASMOOSE THIS CACHE IS NOW IN THE HANDS OF CHARLOTTE. Not far off of pavement, only feet from dirt road.

You've heard of Charlotte's Hip? Well Charlotte's back in action and this cache is dedicated to her return to the game. Cache was started w/ an old friend of Charlotte's, WJTB "Franky" (remember him?)and as a starting point for my TB Wilma's Binky.
