This is a simple, regular cache located in the Sourland Mountain
Preserve off of East Mountain Road. An easy find but over a three
mile hike with some gentle climbing. The cache is named after a
natural feature near by.
Parking is available off of East Mountain Road at N 40° 28.430, W
74° 41.660. You will need to hike a bit on some very clear trails.
Please get a map at the kiosk near the parking area to plan your
route to the cache. The cache is less than 100 feet off a trail and
only very easy bushwhacking is required. Although there are already
plenty of caches in this Preserve, we wanted to get you on a trail
in a less traveled part. You may want to consider continuing uphill
past the cache and complete a loop. Since we just completed all the
caches in the Sourland Preserve, we felt duty-bound to place yet
another cache in this wonderful place. For the FTF, there are some
Burger Bucks (for Burger King). The cache location is visible from
the path. Please watch for muggles and be discrete.
