Geocache Description:

Located on the Trans-Canada Highway in the town of White River. Handicap accessible.

Although White River claims to have recorded the lowest temperature in Canada, the town is famous for another reason. The given co-ordinates will take you to a plaque explaining this. Afterwards, visit the museum to learn more about the town of White River. On the plaque there are three dates. To locate the actual cache, calculate the numeric value of the first and second dates. (e.g. May 17, 1926 would have a value of 0+5+1+7+1+9+2+6=31) Then ADD the value of the second date to the thousandths portion of the North co-ordinate below, and SUBTRACT twice the value of the first date from the West co-ordinate. Dummy co-ordinate is N48 35.514 W 085 16.658. The cache is now a bison tube. The cache has been relocated due to the condition of the caboose.
