This micro is located at Slack Slough, just south of Red Deer off Highway 2. It is a wildlife nesting area and many birds can be seen from the viewing platform. You do not have to search very far to locate the cache so please stay in the area that you are allowed to go.
This is a simple micro with a logbook (of sorts) and a pencil. There is no room for any contents.
UPDATE: May 10th 2006. The original micro was missing and was replaced by a camo'd match holder. The cache is now hidden in a different spot.
