Geocache Description:

D.U.M. (Downtown urban micro) #2 is on the eastern perimeter of Children's Park. This used to be a cool little park with grassy humps; you can make out the circular outlines. Now, it's slowly being overrun by transients, especially when darkness takes over; it's still a quaint little park with the water fountains and all. Note: to avoid compromising the location if the park is full of people, email me description of the container and I'll sign the log sheet for you. I work four blocks away.
