In the middle of nowhere.
Way out of town in the middle of nowhere is the Brighton Seminole Reservation, known by one and all around here as "th' Rez". Here you can camp (at the Brighton Campground) gamble (at the Seminole Casino) buy arts and crafts made by the locals..there is a covered rodeo arena that hosts concerts (I saw a John Anderson there) and the annual Indian Field Day as well as PRCA rodeos. Look around at the native 'Chikkees' that many of the residents have at their homes and imagine the hardship..thrill? of living in one of these. When I was a child some of the seminoles still lived in Chikkees. I had two friends (still there) that I used to go visit as a child, and although they lived in a conventional house, their Grandparents clung to the old ways and would only sleep in the Chikkee out back. We played Cowboys and Indians there... and I always had to lose. (Hey..I was outnumbered!)
The cache is hidden a little ways outside the boundary and will now be a much easier find.
