In February 1906, Isaac Mishler opened his magnificent theater in downtown Altoona PA. The theater has seen vaudeville, drama, broadway shows, movies and even the 1990 wedding of some geocachers. It has also seen fires, neglect and indifference. Now it is being restored to former glory and is the stage for many community productions including the Altoona Community Theatre's many shows. They have the former Elks Club behind the Mishler as their rehearsal hall, set shop, and home base. The Blair County Arts Foundation is next door and oversees the theater. The true overseer however is Mr Mishler's Ghost. He has been seen many times in the theater by patrons, actors, and tech folks. He will no doubt be quite interested in the geocaching activities behind his beloved theater.

The cache is a magnetic keyholder. It is on ACT property, not the Mishler's.
