Geocache Description:

This cache is dedicated to that response that all of us men know so well when replying to our significant other.
The cache is an ammo can and can be found near USFS dirt road 3N34

As you continue South and East on 3N34 you can see the damage from the Old Fire. In late October and early November 2003 the Old Fire burned 91,281 acres in the San Bernardino National Forest. The fire burned over 30,000 acres with moderate to high intensity and affected several federally listed species and a number of sensitive wildlife habitats. Much like the Willow Fire area that you drove through a few miles ago, this part of the forest is destined to become grassland as well.

It is always a good idea to have an adventure pass while recreating in the SBNF. The road conditions on 3N34 are constantly changing. One day you can traverse them in a minivan, and the next you need a 4x4 with clearance. Plan accordingly. We tried to hide the caches near turnouts. Please do not block the road while looking for the cache. As always with caches on the forest please be aware of the critters that call the forest home. Please replace the cache the same way I hid it so the next cacher can enjoy the find.
