Finally On Target Traditional Cache

geojoefish: I am going to archive this cache. It was not OK to get permission from the Fox River Mall Target store, and communicate that to the mall security personnel who travel through the parking lot area. Apparently, the parking area belongs to a separate entity, and it is easier to retire the cache and find a more suitable location. Thanks. - geojoefish

Geocache Description:

A deserving micro that has had two strikes, but is finally on target. It's my second, and final, Giz's Seed Cache. Now I'm brave enough to make my own log books. Thanks for the log sheet Giz!

This poor micro has been refused in two previous areas due to the proximity of a park to a school, and the proximity of the cache to another cache. Always check first.

I hope you take time to walk the trail between the creek and the pond to visit another cache. It's a paved trail and there were many ducks in the area when I placed this.

FTF will be rewarded with an ice-fishing lure, but there's no fishing allowed on the nearby pond.
