Think of this cache series as a pair of miniature visitor’s centers devoted to the stretch of road ahead of you. For a long time we have collected sightseeing pamphlets, music flyers travel books, and maps. Rather than using them as tinder for our fireplace, we have decided to share them with fellow travelers who are headed that direction. East or west, … which way are you headed?
Please don’t trade anything else but pamphlets, flyers, books, and maps related to travel. It sounds remotely specific, but just go check under the seat of your car. We’re sure there are some in there somewhere. We would also like to encourage the recycling and trade of Lonely Planet travel books within these caches. Travel bugs, the tiny epitomes of the carnal spirit of Wanderlust, are always welcome to come and go as they please.
